Rubber components
Unimer has extensive experience in the development and manufacture of components in rubber materials such as silicone, polyurethane, EPDM, NR, SBR, NBR, HNBR, CR and FKM. We can help you with material selection and designs that meet all of your specifications as well as the relevant national and global regulations, including GMP. We also work with you to find the most cost-effective solution moulds and production.

Flexible hoses in rubber or plastic
We possess the necessary experience and knowledge whenever you need new hose design solutions for a specific application. Items developed with our customers include vacuum lifting hoses, highly flexible hoses for fresh air breathing apparatuses, and hoses with high chemical resistance for civil defence shelters. We can also assemble couplings that are bonded, crimped or over-moulded in plastic onto hoses for delivery as complete hose packages.
