Construction

Flexible polyurethane hose with an embedded, shock resistant PVC helix and copper wire for electrical grounding. Polyether based polyurethane (EU). Food grade approval according to EU legislation.

Properties

Excellent tear and abrasion resistance. Good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes. Weather resistant and good resistance to oil, fuel and many other chemicals.

Field of application

Suitable for transporting abrasive materials e.g. fibres, granules, cement, sugar etc. Especially suited for materials that might build up electrostatic charge in the hose.

Temperature Area	-30°C to +80°C
Colour	Natural polyurethane wall, light gray PVC helix and copper wire helix.
Standard Length	25 m, 10 m for ID 110 mm and above
Dimension Range	20 - 250 mm
Miscellaneous	For intended antistatic effect copper wire must be free at the hose end and connected to ground.
