Polyurethane hose in foodgrade ether-polyurethane with spring steel wire helix integrated in wall. Design where the steel wire is not bonded to the wall material makes the hose more flexible and axially compressible. Wall thickness 0,6 mm.
Light, highly flexible and axially compressible hose (3:1). Abrasion-proof with high tensile and tear strength. Small bending radiuses. Gas and liquid tight. Tested and approved for contact with foodstuff by an independent testing laboratory for the complete hose according to EU Directive 10/2011 and 2015/174. Foodgrade polyuretane complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010. Microbe and hydrolysis resistant. Good resistance to UV and ozone. Good resistance to oil, gasoline and chemicals. Good flexibility at low temperatures. Free of softeners and halogen. Conforms to RoHS guideline.
Suitable for conveying dry, aqueous and acid food (rice, cereals, sugar, milk powder, powders, coffee, tea, flour, froozen foods), alcohol <20%, fatty foodstuff, milk products, dry foodstuff with fatty substances at surface. Foodstuff and pharmaceutical industry: mixers, dryers, packaging machines, charging and discharging bulk containers, mills. Extraction and conveying of dust, powder, fibers and granules. Extraction of gases, vapours, oil mist and fumes.
