Polyurethane is a hard-wearing elastom which has good resistance against several chemicals, solvent, acids and alkalis. The material has also a good resistance against oil and fuel and is weather- and ozone resistant. In comparison to rubber the polyurethane retain a high elasticity over a wider hardness- and temperaturearea.
